How door-to-door pickup and delivery works
Door-to-door is the default way LoadX moves a vehicle. Instead of routing your car through a freight terminal, where it can sit for days waiting for a truck with room, we match your shipment to a carrier already heading along your route and send that driver to the addresses you give us at booking.
The one limit is legal access, not distance. An 80-foot open carrier or enclosed trailer cannot always turn into a narrow cul-de-sac, a low parking structure or a gated community with tight radius turns. When that happens, the driver calls ahead and agrees on a nearby safe meeting point — usually a large parking lot a few minutes from the original address — and confirms it with you before arriving.
