Effective date: January 1, 2026. This policy describes the privacy practices of LoadX Solutions Inc, a licensed auto transport broker (USDOT USDOT #4555866, MC #1810077). By using this website or our transport brokerage services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described below.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly (through a quote form, phone call, email or carrier application), information generated automatically when you visit this website, and information we receive from carriers, payment processors and other service providers involved in arranging your shipment. We do not knowingly collect more information than is reasonably needed to quote, book, coordinate and support a vehicle transport.

Personal information

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping addresses, vehicle year, make, model and VIN, pickup and delivery dates, and payment details processed through our payment provider. Carrier applicants additionally provide company name, MC/USDOT numbers, insurance certificates, equipment details and driver information. We ask only for the fields needed to prepare an accurate quote or process an application.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a website remember your visit. We use cookies to keep the quote calculator working across steps, remember display preferences, and understand how visitors move through the site. You can review or adjust cookie categories on our Cookie Preferences page, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies at any time.

Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, which device and browser they use, and which page led to a completed quote request. Analytics data is used to improve site performance and content; it is reviewed in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally unless it is tied to a quote or booking you submitted.

Contact forms

When you submit a contact form, the information you type — name, contact details and your message — is routed to the LoadX department best suited to answer it (customer support, carrier relations or general inquiries) and is retained so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation. Contact form submissions are not sold or used for purposes unrelated to answering your inquiry.

Quote requests

Details you enter into our quote calculator — origin, destination, vehicle information and preferred dates — are used to calculate pricing and, if you choose to proceed, to source a carrier for your shipment. If you do not complete a booking, we may still retain the quote and reach out to see whether you would like help finishing your shipment; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Marketing communications

We may send booking confirmations, dispatch updates and delivery notices related to a shipment you have requested — these are service messages, not marketing, and are necessary to complete your transport. We may separately send occasional promotional emails or text messages about seasonal pricing or referral offers; every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and opting out of marketing does not affect service messages tied to an active shipment.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to run our business: website hosting and analytics providers, payment processors, email and SMS delivery platforms, and mapping or address-verification tools. These providers process information only as needed to perform their function for us and are not permitted to use your information for their own independent marketing purposes.

Data sharing

As a broker, arranging your shipment requires us to share the information necessary to move your vehicle with the carrier assigned to your load — typically your name, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses and vehicle details. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties, and we share information beyond what is described in this policy only with your consent, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights and safety of LoadX, our customers or carriers.

Data retention

We keep booking, billing and carrier-assignment records for as long as reasonably necessary to support your shipment, resolve any claim, and meet our bookkeeping and broker recordkeeping obligations. Quote requests that never become a booking are generally retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete information that is not otherwise required to be kept for legal, insurance or accounting purposes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of marketing communications, or ask what categories of information we have shared and with whom. To exercise any of these choices, email info@loadxsol.com with your name and the request; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted transmission of payment data and access controls limiting who inside LoadX can view sensitive records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep these protections current.

Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to adults who are arranging vehicle transport and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
