How quickly can you collect from an auction?
Once payment has cleared and the unit is released, most major yards are covered within one to three business days. Tell us your last free day and we will prioritise dispatch to stay inside it.
Do you handle the gate pass and release paperwork?
Yes. Provide the lot number, buyer ID and any auction login details you are comfortable sharing, and we coordinate the gate pass and release directly with the facility so the driver is not turned away.
Can you move a vehicle that does not run?
Yes. Winch-equipped and lift-gate carriers handle salvage, flood, collision and project vehicles. We do need to know whether it rolls, brakes and steers, since a unit on flat tyres or with a locked drivetrain needs different equipment and pricing.
Who pays the auction storage fees?
Storage is charged by the auction to the buyer, so it remains your responsibility. Booking transport as soon as the unit is released is the reliable way to avoid it, and your coordinator will flag the risk if the timeline is tight.
Can I ship several auction purchases together?
Yes. Multiple units from the same yard, or from yards along one route, are consolidated onto a single carrier where timing allows. That usually reduces cost per vehicle and gives you one delivery to receive.
