Overview

A broker who owns the outcome

LoadX Solutions is a licensed transportation broker. We do not own trucks — we own the relationships, the vetting and the accountability. That means your vehicle is matched to a carrier that already runs your lane, at a price that reflects what that lane actually pays, with a coordinator who stays with the shipment until it is delivered.

Every carrier in the network is checked for active operating authority, current cargo insurance and a clean safety record before they are allowed to accept a load. We re-verify insurance against your specific transport dates, so coverage cannot have lapsed between vetting and pickup.

Whether it is one car moving across two states or forty units a month between rooftops, the process is the same: honest pricing, a real person on the phone, and no surprises at delivery.

Services

What we offer

Seven ways to move a vehicle, from a single door-to-door delivery to dealership inventory and auction pickups — matched to the right equipment and carrier for the job.

Who it’s for

Who we serve

Military moves, seasonal migrations, online purchases and everyday relocations — every situation has its own timeline, and we build the shipment around yours.

Hard-to-place loads

Specialty transport

Island lanes, oversized loads and vehicles that cannot be driven onto a trailer all take extra coordination — this is where that experience matters most.

How it works

Four steps from quote to delivery

A single coordinator owns your shipment from the moment you request pricing until the vehicle is signed for at the door.

Request a quote

Tell us the pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details and the earliest date it is available. Pricing comes back the same day.

Book your transport

Approve the quote and we dispatch it to vetted carriers on that lane. You pay nothing until a carrier is assigned.

Vehicle pickup

The driver contacts you to confirm the window, inspects the vehicle with you and issues a signed bill of lading.

Safe delivery

Track progress with your coordinator, then inspect and sign for the vehicle at the delivery address. That is it.

Why LoadX

Brokerage built around accountability

Vehicle transport goes wrong when nobody owns the details. We built LoadX so every shipment has a named coordinator, a vetted carrier and a price that does not move.

Reliable carrier network

Every carrier is checked for active operating authority, cargo insurance and safety record before they are allowed to haul a LoadX shipment.

Dedicated support

One coordinator handles your shipment end to end. No call centre queue, no repeating your order number to five people.

Transparent communication

Pickup windows, driver details and delivery updates come to you proactively — by text, email or phone, whichever you prefer.

Competitive, honest pricing

Quotes reflect real market rates on your lane, so your vehicle actually gets picked up. The number you approve is the number you pay.

Nationwide transportation

Coast-to-coast lanes, regional moves and hard-to-reach rural addresses across all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii by arrangement.

Insurance on every load

We confirm each carrier’s cargo policy is active for your dates and send you the certificate before the vehicle is loaded.

Frequently asked questions

The five questions we answer most often. If yours is not here, the full FAQ covers pricing, pickup, delivery, insurance and vehicle preparation in detail.

How much does it cost to ship a vehicle?

Most standard sedans on popular lanes fall between $0.40 and $1.20 per mile, with shorter moves costing more per mile than cross-country routes. Final pricing depends on distance, vehicle size, whether it runs, open versus enclosed equipment, and how busy the lane is that week. Your quote shows the all-in price with no hidden broker fees.

How long will my vehicle take to arrive?

Pickup usually happens within one to five days of booking, depending on the lane. Once loaded, plan on roughly 500 miles per day of transit: about one to three days regionally, three to five days for mid-distance routes, and seven to ten days coast to coast. Your coordinator confirms an estimated delivery window when the carrier is assigned.

Is my vehicle insured while it is being transported?

Yes. Every carrier we dispatch must carry active cargo and liability insurance, and we verify the policy is valid for your transport dates before the vehicle is loaded. You can request a copy of the certificate at any time. Damage claims, which are rare, are filed against the carrier’s cargo policy and your coordinator manages the process with you.

Do I have to pay before my vehicle is picked up?

No. You pay nothing while we are locating a carrier. A deposit is only collected once a specific carrier is assigned and your pickup window is confirmed, and the balance is paid to the driver at delivery. If we cannot cover the load at the quoted price, you owe nothing.

Can you ship a vehicle that does not run?

Yes, as long as it rolls, brakes and steers. Non-running vehicles need a carrier equipped with a winch or lift gate, so let us know at quote time — it typically adds a modest surcharge and slightly narrows the pool of available carriers.
