LoadX Solutions Inc is a licensed vehicle transportation broker. We connect people, dealerships and auctions with carefully vetted carriers, and we stay involved until the vehicle is delivered.
Who we are
Logistics people, not a lead form
Anyone can collect a phone number and sell it to five carriers. That is what gives vehicle transport its reputation: quotes that change, pickups that never happen and nobody willing to answer the phone once a deposit is taken.
LoadX Solutions was built to work the opposite way. We quote from live lane data instead of undercutting the market to win a click. We vet every carrier before they touch a load, and we assign a single coordinator to each shipment so there is always one person who knows your vehicle, your dates and your address.
The result is unglamorous and exactly what customers want: the truck shows up in the window we promised, the price is the price we quoted, and the vehicle arrives in the condition it left.

Credentials you can verify
LoadX Solutions operates under active broker authority with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and maintains the surety bond required of licensed brokers. Our MC and USDOT numbers are published in the footer of every page so you can look us up before you send a deposit.
The same standard applies to the carriers we dispatch. Each one is checked for active authority, valid cargo and liability insurance, and a satisfactory safety record — and that insurance is re-verified for your specific transport dates before the vehicle is loaded.
Our commitment to service
Every shipment gets a named coordinator who is reachable 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM · 7 Days a Week, and who contacts you at each milestone: dispatch, driver assignment, pickup confirmation and delivery window.
If something changes — weather, a mechanical delay, a rescheduled auction release — you hear it from us as soon as we know, together with what we are doing about it.
