Every carrier must provide a current Certificate of Insurance before receiving the first dispatch. Please ask your agent to issue the certificate exactly as shown below.

What carriers need to qualify
These are non-negotiable, because our customers are promised a vetted, insured carrier on every single load.
- Active operating authority — valid MC and USDOT numbers in good standing with the FMCSA.
- Cargo insurance — minimum $100,000 for open equipment, $250,000 for enclosed, with LoadX Solutions listed as certificate holder.
- Auto liability — minimum $750,000 combined single limit.
- Satisfactory safety record — no unsatisfactory FMCSA rating and clean recent inspection history.
- Signed agreement and W-9 — our standard broker–carrier agreement returned before your first dispatch.
- Professional conduct — condition reports completed at both ends, and communication with dispatch throughout the load.
